🎈 REMOTE SUPPORT & LEARNING
$50 per hour (30-minute minimum)
Phone or video chat support for issues and advice that don’t require an in-home visit, with the same patient, no-jargon guidance as you get in person. We can walk you through phone, TV, or WiFi problems, and walk through and fix issues you may be having with a computer or other device. (Ongoing support also available at discounted rates.)

Our mission is simple: help seniors and those who care for them use technology to enhance independence, increase confidence, and strengthen family connections.
Red Balloon was founded by Shandon Fowler, a tech professional, device geek and Sandwich Generation caregiver. His firsthand experience helping family and friends with tech needs motivated him to create a personalized service that provides patient, expert, and plain-English tech support that is affordable and accessible.

Why a red balloon? It all started with a text message.
Lila, our 85-year-old charter customer—and our founder’s mother-in-law!—is a quick-witted senior who has embraced technology to stay connected, entertained, healthy, and safe. She took to signing her family text messages with a red balloon emoji, a small personal touch that became her digital signature.
When naming our company built to help seniors navigate technology, this delightful bit of creativity kept floating back to mind. With Lila’s blessing, we adopted the red balloon as our symbol—representing how technology can help seniors and their caregivers rise above challenges and soar to new heights of connection and independence.
